Sales Terms & Conditions:

  • Hearing aids include a presentation box, protective carrying case, cleaning tools, and customs molds (may vary depending on the package)
  • Lifetime free services limited to programming, 1 REM session per year, lab cleaning, and services (warranty conditions may affect lab offerings)
  • Hearing aids carry an 18 months manufacturer’s warranty starting from the invoice date or delivery date (whichever is first). The warranty (factory warranty) covers manufacturing defects or faults but does not extend to user damage or misuse.
  • The return policy is one month from the invoice date or delivery date (whichever is first). In the case of a return, the full amount will be reimbursed minus the deductions for undertaken services(ex. audiogram) and custom products or molds. Users will bear responsibility for any damages caused during the return period.
  • Payment terms mentioned are binding, in case of late payment or default the company reserves the right to impose a 2% interest per week provided it does not exceed the limits of the UAE laws.
  • Items mentioned above will remain the property of the seller until the full settlement of the invoice.
  • Seller shall not be liable for any tardiness in delivery.

  • Customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  • User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.
  • The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Refund/Return policy:

  • Client may return purchased item within 30 days of purchase (based on the receipt of the item or invoice date whichever is first).
  • In the case of return, non-refundable services and items will be deducted from total and the remaining balance will be reimbursed.
  • Item may be returned only if in original condition with the original packaging subject to inspection by merchant.
  • Not all items are subject to return.
  • Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
  • Customer may return item within mentioned time (30 days) if:
    • O Wrong product was provided

O Product is defective (manufacturing defect)

O Dissatisfied with product

O Wishes to exchange product

Cancellation & Replacement Policy:

  • Client may cancel order prior to delivery but will be subject to charges unless clearly specified at order that order cannot be cancelled
  • Client may choose to replace the item within 30 days of purchase with alternative product but will bear difference in price if any unless otherwise specified by seller
  • Client may replace item within the warranty period at no extra charge provided they comply with warranty conditions.
